Marketing Communications

ABOUT THE JOB AND THE COMPANY:

Diginius is the largest Microsoft Advertising Partner globally.

PPC agencies in 55+ countries have already partnered with Diginius to grow their business by managing their portfolio of clients powered by our technology.

We offer a comprehensive Digital Performance Platform delivering full transparency, visibility and actionable performance insights daily.

We are expanding our GTM efforts and are looking to add a PR, Communications and Marketing Specialist to our Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with the Marketing team to drive engagement and revenue.

Location: London UK (hybrid)

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Minimum 2 years in a marketing position with focus on PR and social media communications.

Salary : competitive base salary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social media communication management : be fully responsible for driving social media communications on channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X start to finish. Manage content creation (copywriting), scheduling, and engagement across different platforms to build a strong online presence. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant discussions.

PR communications : Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with press and media. Create compelling press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials to convey our brand story effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and the rest of the organisation to fully understand and align the communications to the business needs and wider strategy of the company.

Reporting: Create reporting to view, analyse and track engagement levels as well as conversions. If you have worked with Hubspot CRM before, it is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing specialist with PR and Social Media communications in focus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Agencies

About the Role

We’re looking for a digital marketing agency sales executive to drive our software sales to the digital marketing agency market. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role represents an excellent opportunity for an up and coming sales executive with Agency experience to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales, will be comfortable understanding prospects’ requirements before assessing what action needs to be taken. Good interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm and team working are essential.

You will have previous experience in Agency sales, either selling tech or media to the digital agency world, preferably with a focus/knowledge of digital marketing / Google Ads. You’ll also have an interest in working in a technology start-up / growth company.

You’ll need to have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable on the phone, and be diligent in following up ensuring sales enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

·         Making initial prospecting calls and outbound calls in response to emails received to establish sales leads

·         Responding to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

·         Logging all details in our CRM Pipedrive.

·         Pushing prospects through the sales pipeline, including meetings, proposals and closing, as well as taking responsibility for and hitting business targets.

·         Producing brief reports and analysis of activity

Required Skills:

·         Customer Focus – Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers. To establish and develop effective customer relationships, maintaining trust and integrity throughout all interactions.

·         Listening – Capable of active and attentive listening in order to understand potential customer pain points.

·         Attention to detail – Able to accurately reflect conversations and information in a timely fashion in Pipedrive CRM.

·         Strong emphasis on Getting Things Done – Ability to work towards and exceed sales objectives and KPIs.

·         Working knowledge of MS Office etc.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B SaaS enterprise or digital marketing agency
  • Experience working in or selling to marketing agencies, preferably digital marketing / Google PPC
  • Experience working in another fast-growing start-up
  • Passionate about sales
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and ensuring adequate follow up
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for results
  • Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level)

PPC Analyst

Diginius is a London-based software and solutions provider, encompassing digital advertising, technology and consulting, with a performance driven approach. We are currently seeking a commercially minded PPC Analyst to help research, build and maintain PPC campaigns (search, shopping, video, display and social media ads) for our current clients, as well as to help on-board new clients.


You will join our operations team as a PPC Analyst, working across a number of accounts to ensure our clients receive the best in market service for their digital marketing campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to get hands on digital marketing experience in an exciting start-up environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Check assigned accounts daily and optimise where necessary
Maintain constant communication with assigned portfolios main point of contact (POC) to discuss campaign performance and strategy
Deliver timely and accurate reports
Continually optimise keywords, ads/copy, bids, and landing pages in line with client KPI’s
Analyse and identify growth accounts and devise strategies to increase client spend and performance
Keep up to date with new developments on search and other forms of performance marketing

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years Google Ads experience (min)
Highly literate and good attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Strongly numerate as our work is performance driven
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable meeting with clients and discussing issues

Biddable Manager

Diginius is a London-based software and solutions provider, encompassing digital advertising, technology, and consulting, with a performance-driven approach. We are currently seeking a commercially minded Biddable Account Manager to help research, build and maintain PPC campaigns (search, shopping, video, display, and social media ads) for our current clients, as well as to onboard new clients.

Data Analyst (London-based)

Diginius is a London-based software and solutions provider, encompassing digital advertising, technology and consulting, with a performance-driven approach. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Data Analyst to help us grow the business through analysing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions as well as supporting the organisation’s financial matters.

If you like working in a fast-paced environment where there is an opportunity to grow, and you can have some fun along the way, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will support the daily oversight and governance required at each stage of the partner program and help organize the financial reporting requirements for the stakeholders. The candidate will also work with the partner acquisition, customer success team across multiple projects and in ensuring the successful ongoing deployment of the Department’s proprietary workflow system.

To be successful, the candidate must be able to work with limited direction and manage multiple program initiatives concurrently. Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct review and analysis is required. A confident and clear communication style is prerequisite.

Key responsibilities

  • Compile, organize, analyse, and report information related to the organization’s financial matters.
  • Create and deploy queries, conduct data analysis, and produce reports and presentations to share critical findings with stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data for investment or management decisions.
  • Prepare financial projections and forecasts based on data analysis.
  • Review and improve accounting procedures and financial models.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc team projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent) preferred but not required
  • Experience in working in analytical roles, finance industry or related field preferred
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets coupled with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively multi-task in a high pressure, fast-pasted environment to manage significant workload under time constraints
  • Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

  • Comfortable with Windows environment (365 preferred) and ability to perform statistical programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and data visualization on Power BI.
