Job Description

The Technical Lead/Senior Developer will lead a team of developers to implement software applications and platforms that will form the core of Diginius’ technological offerings.

The Technical Lead will oversee and contribute to architectural and functional discussions, draft comprehensive functional and development requirements and attend technical customer meetings.

The Technical Lead will work closely with business development and account teams to understand requirements and to turn those requirements into enterprise-grade applications. The Lead will also play a hands-on role in implementation of the software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify innovative software solutions to meet customer requirements and challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive and detailed functional requirements covering all aspects of the software applications and platform.
  • Work with partners and 3rd party vendors in to close on requirements and build end-to-end solutions that scale to meet business demands.
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with clients.
  • Lead and manage the development team and software development projects, ensuring projects remain focused and on track.
  • Assist Sales Engineering and Business Development teams in creating technical proposals for all business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a system engineer and/or product designer.
  • Detailed understanding of web application development and related frameworks.
  • Detailed understanding of enterprise grade product architecture.
  • Detailed understanding of enterprise grade product architecture.
  • Detailed understanding of different presentation and server side frameworks (e.g., Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSF etc…).
  • Detailed understanding of software analytics and data analysis.
  • Detailed understanding of the software development life-cycle and how to develop quality software on a consistent basis.

Additional Skills

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work and succeed under limited supervision and guidance.
  • Ability to communicate with all parts of the company, adapting to different personalities and situations.
