Customer Success Manager

Diginius is a provider of digital marketing technology and services.  Our proprietary platform, Diginius Insight, equips ad agencies and businesses with powerful tools for ad account management, intent-driven lead intelligence, SEO monitoring, and much more. We enable organizations to optimize their online presence, track performance, and accelerate measurable growth through actionable, data-driven insights.

Role Overview

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Diginius solutions. You will coordinate onboarding, build strong relationships, and proactively manage client health and adoption. This is a hands-on role where you will also create resources, collaborate on product development, and contribute to customer engagement initiatives.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Best Practices

    • Coordinate onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation of Diginius Insight and other services.
    • Develop onboarding materials and best practices to enhance client experience.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.

 

  • Knowledge Base & Training

    • Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support self-service learning.
    • Create and maintain help documentation in the platform
    • Develop video demos, tutorials, and training content to drive product adoption.

  • Product Collaboration

    • Work with client partners to gather requirements for new features.
    • Serve as the customer advocate during product rollout planning.
    • Promote the adoption and educating of new features with customers

  • Customer Health & Retention

 

  • Monitor customer adoption and health metrics using Diginius Insight.
  • Flag risks early and implement strategies to ensure high retention rates.
  • Create and maintain Diginius online customer community

 

  • Growth & Advocacy

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Partner with customers for case studies, reviews, and success stories.


Requirements

  • Experience

    • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS client services.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing, PPC, SEO, or analytics platforms is a plus.

  • Skills

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to create engaging content (articles, videos, tutorials).

  • Mindset

    • Proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.
    • Passion for technology and data-driven marketing solutions.

Chester Yang is the Microsoft Program Manager at Diginius with a background in economics and quantitative research.  

At Diginius, Chester focuses on nurturing partnerships with PPC agencies and integrating marketing and sales solutions.
